• Account and contact information you provide (name, email, domain, room username).
• Payment information is handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data including site files, room files, provisioning events, and support messages.
• Newsletter subscription email if you opt in.

How We Use Information

• Provide hosting, provisioning, and customer support.
• Process payments and prevent fraud.
• Send service communications, including onboarding and renewal notices.
• Improve platform features and security.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data with service providers necessary to operate the platform (hosting, mail delivery, payment processing, SSL issuance). These processors may only use data as instructed.

Security

We use access controls, encryption for sensitive values, and automated infrastructure. No system is 100 percent secure. Use strong passwords and keep account access private.

Rooms

Room usage is subject to the same data practices as domain hosting. Room files and activity are stored on our infrastructure and may be reviewed for abuse prevention.

Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting imp@powerbutton.io. Where applicable, you may object to or restrict processing.

Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. Authentication and security may rely on session tokens, which are necessary for site operation.
