By using PowerButton.io, you agree to these terms.

1. Service

PowerButton.io provides AI-assisted web hosting, domain provisioning, Rooms (optional lightweight web spaces), and admin portal access. Availability is not guaranteed. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account activity and for safeguarding credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

3. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. All sales are final unless required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not use the service for illegal content, spam, phishing, malware, or abuse of our infrastructure. This applies to domain hosting, Rooms, and all related services. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your content. We retain rights to the platform, templates, and generated code not assigned to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PowerButton.io and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Rooms

Rooms are optional, lightweight web spaces (powerbutton.io/rooms/{username}/) available to pass holders and $9/month accounts. Pass rooms expire after 30 days unless upgraded. Basic rooms are single-page only. Pro rooms ($29/month) support multi-page sites with directories. All room content must comply with these terms and our community rules: Keep it clean, Keep it legal!

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
